History
Establishment and operation of the Moscow Sirena-1 center. Formation of the development team for the Sirena-2 system. Development of our own OS TAIS and DBMS SAC. Gradual increase in the number of tickets sold to 120 million passengers per year. Implementation of Sirena-2 centers in 8 major cities of the Soviet Union.
1960-1990
BEGINNING
Creation of the TAIS company. Transition of leading software development specialists from the Sirena-2 project to TAIS. Development of the fundamentally new Sirena-2.3 software. Further development of Sirena-2.3 based on a unified data center in Moscow. Development of e-commerce tools for airlines and agencies based on the TAIS TravelShop platform. Collaboration with airlines such as AtlasGlobal, Israir, Sky Express, and others.
1990-2010
FOUNDATION
Partnership with Biletix.ru, one of the leading agency resources in Russia. Development of the Utair airline’s internet resource based on TAIS TravelShop. Collaboration with Azimuth Airlines. Initiation of work on the new automated system TAIS/ORS PSS for airlines. Transition of the TAIS team to ORS. Transfer of software rights developed by TAIS to ORS.
2010 - 2020
DEVELOPMENT
Completion of ORS PSS development. Signing of a contract with Citrus Airlines. Migration of S7 Airlines to ORS solutions. Signing a contract with SCAT Airlines. Commencement of work on a major update of the TAIS TravelShop e-commerce module. The number of airports connected to ORS DCS worldwide exceeded 150 and continues to grow. From 2022 to 2023, the ORS team doubled in size.
